Not too happy with the service provided. Then, I was contacted on Friday, September 27th and told they still hadn’t even touched my vehicle. So, at that time I just told the Customer Service Representative that I will be in Saturday afternoon and that I no longer could wait for them to service my vehicle. I’m an Outside Sales Representative and I need my vehicle for work, so not having it for a week while it sat in the shop, not being serviced, screwed me for work. In summary, I’m completely unsatisfied with the service provided or lack of service provided. More

They keep telling me it’s my last free oil change yet I know I’m covered for three years, they also said so need a flush done a 45000 and want to charge when I have a service plan.
