Worst service center I’ve ever been to. I regret the car I bought, it only lasted a month before having to sit at the service center for weeks. Jenny was horrible, never answered her phone and completely dropped the ball with getting me a rental. I paid so much out of pocket because of her mistakes and uselessness. I had to pay for Lyft rides to and from work for a week because she never got me a rental and they supposedly had no loaners available. So because they had no loaners and my brand new car was a piece of crap, I had to then pay for rides everywhere. Their service on my car was a waste of time, all of my complaints that I stated were going on with the car, when I got the car back all the paperwork said they weren’t able to duplicate the error and just brushed everything off saying nothing was wrong other than the check engine light. Don’t go here. More

The tech who done my previous oil change never returned my wheel hub lock key. The dealership offered to sell me a new one. That was not acceptable. The dealership has not replaced my locks.
