Got a call from Gateway Service Got a call from Gateway service to tell me there was a recall on my vehicle and that it was due for service. Very Confusing after the rennovation Since the renovation at Gateway Chevy, it is very confusing as to where you should go for an oil change. When I pulled into the service bay, I was as Since the renovation at Gateway Chevy, it is very confusing as to where you should go for an oil change. When I pulled into the service bay, I was asked by 4 people if I had been helped. I said no and they proceeded to ask what I needed. I said an oil change and they pointed me to the lady that was swamped (4 service people with no one in front of them). When the lady finally helped me, she was very apologetic. Seems to me that some signage or another renovation should be in the works as this one didn't work. More

Not a good review I went in for a tire rotation but I got an oil change instead. Had a long wait, but they made it right Brought my car in for oil change and was told 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour wait. They would call my name and my phone when done. Must have been in bathroom whe Brought my car in for oil change and was told 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour wait. They would call my name and my phone when done. Must have been in bathroom when my name was called, and then they called the wrong number to tell me it was done. After 2 hours, I went up to inquire about the status. Car had been done for an hour. They apologized and took 50% off my bill. Will continue to use them as my service center. More
