When I drove into the garage I was instantly greeted in a friendly manner by several Gateway employees. My service advisor took care of all the necessary paper-work and offered a courtesy ride. As always, any repair that I have received at Gateway was done in a very professional manner, the car was ready when promised, and I was told "Thank You!". More

The longest I have ever waited for a 15 minute oil change I waited for over 2-1/2 hours to get an oil change finished. I have been to this service center hundreds of times and it has never taken over 30 minu I waited for over 2-1/2 hours to get an oil change finished. I have been to this service center hundreds of times and it has never taken over 30 minutes previously. When I checked on the status of my pickup after 90 minutes of waiting (when i was told that it would no more than 45 minutes), I was told that it had not even been taken in yet. I have multiple other vehicles that are not Chevrolets and I have always taken them to Gateway because of the great service that I normally get - I don't foresee that happening going forward. More

Mobil 1 Oil Change The Quick lube Service Tech was kind enough to blow out the Bugs on the upper part of the radiator on my Corvette.. showing him in bugs..
