Shouldn't be that difficult Well, my wife's car had some serious work done. On the whole, a very good job. The window was another matter. The passenger window motor was stuck. They did the work, but the day I picked up the vehicle, I was informed that the driver's side window motor was now broke. Are you kidding me? Fine, fix it. Well, another scheduled service and they replaced the window motor and it worked. Sort of. Seemed like it didn't operate like before. A month later, the window is stuck halfway open. What? Bring it back in and they tell me its the felt track that is missing and needs to be replaced. Let me get this straight, the window motor you replaced a few weeks ago is NOW missing a part. Fortunately, Tim my service manager went to bat for me and was able to get the work done for free, and I just had to cover the part. Not happy about the whole process and the lack of oversight to make sure that all repairs were done and done at a five star level. Will be very, very concerned about future service at this location. This was a service technician issue. More
Exceeded my expectations! Started out to get my oil change and tires rotated. Found out that I had an outstanding recall that needed to be addressed. Also found out that I really needed to replace some filters and I was in bad need of an alignment. I know some people think that when their service advisors point out these other things during a routine oil change that they only do it to "upsell." That may be, but the reason I take my car to my Chevrolet dealer versus an automotive repair center, is so they'll keep on top of exactly what my Chevy needs. I want my car to always perform well and I personally love the reminders. Thanks Tyler. More

It was ok. This is the second time I had to bring my vehicle in to get this work done. The first time I had it in, my appointment was at 8:15 am. I came to pick it up at 1pm (or at least see if it was close to being done) and they hadn't even started on it. More
Good experience Scheduled drop off at 7am and my pickup was done by 10am….even washed and vacuumed!! My assigned advisor was Don and he was great to work with. Friendly but slow I had an hour for my lunch break so when I pulled in for an oil change the first thing I asked was how long it would take. I was told 40-50 minutes. After sitting in the waiting room 80 minutes, I walked out to check on my pickup. They had just pulled it into a stall. I explained that I was late getting back to work and how if I had known it was going to take so long I would have waited to do my oil change another time. The service manager apologized and said they would rush to get my pickup done. It ended up being at least another 15 minutes before I was called to pay. I used to bring my vehicles to Gateway for oil changes but had switched to a place closer to where I work. I figured I'd try them again because I want to use a GM dealer for maintenance and my pickup just hit 50,000 miles. I'm not sure I want to try them again after this experience. More

Rude to women Refused to listen to me about what was wrong with my car. Inspected it multiple times before finally looking at what I told them to THE FIRST TIME. Your service center needs to stop being sexist and listen to women, some of us actually know cars, considering some of us grew up building dragsters with our family. More
