Very frustrating. It's like they didn't hear what we said. Drop car night before. Supposed done by noon. Was on phone for over 20 minutes couldn't find service. Nothing done to car. Just a tire rotation. Walk in appt. 15 min for tire rotation and they washed my Wrangler. I came to Gateway because Corwin damaged two rims when they rotated the tires and Walk in appt. 15 min for tire rotation and they washed my Wrangler. I came to Gateway because Corwin damaged two rims when they rotated the tires and they didn't say a word, like it never happened until I confronted the service manager. I has a Chevy for 15 years and came to Gateway. If it's not covered by warranty I'll be bringing my Jeep to Gateway. More

Oil Change/Recall/Radio Update Experience was OK. Work took longer than quoted due to server being down (probably not their fault). This was not an issue because I left the vehicle Experience was OK. Work took longer than quoted due to server being down (probably not their fault). This was not an issue because I left the vehicle with them while I was out of town. Had I been waiting, it would have been frustrating. When I went to pick it up my service mgr was busy with another customer and nobody seemed overly interested in helping me. Once my mgr was available he did a good job of explaining the work that was performed. They washed my vehicle and I was on my way in 10-15 minutes. More

Airbag sensor recall Gateway service person called me to set up the recall appointment. They followed up serveral times to confirm my appointment. Arrived with Silverado a Gateway service person called me to set up the recall appointment. They followed up serveral times to confirm my appointment. Arrived with Silverado at Gateway, van ride back home very accommodating, received call several hours later when work was done, and friendly service when I picked up the truck. All the way through the process, Gateway people were very friendly and informative. More
