I came in with a rattle on my exhaust I figured it was something simple like a clamp or a heat shield. I wish I would have gotten the customer service guys name as I can seem to find him under the tabs be something simple like a clamp or a heat shield. He resolved my issue and sent me on my way within minutes. Truly top notch service, I will specifically be going back to him for all my future needs with my Nissan Frontier. Whoever reads this should let that guy know he made my day! More

Superior Customer Service A+++++++ I have been going to Gateway for all my service since purchasing my truck out of town back in 2016. I've had several concerns with my transmission on I have been going to Gateway for all my service since purchasing my truck out of town back in 2016. I've had several concerns with my transmission on my new truck. Gateway has literally bent over backwards for me trying to find a solution to my ongoing issues. I have had nothing but the best experience working with Dan Dardis (Service Advisor) and Luke Bentley (Service Manager). They are a couple of the most down to earth friendly guys and willing to help you in any way possible. If I could make this a 10 star review I would. Luke - It was a pleasure to finally meet and discuss my vehicle concerns with you. And for always answering my text messages and phone calls too. THANK YOU! I am grateful for our relationship. HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT By far they have the worst service dept I have ever been to. Had an appt at 8:30 am for a recall so my truck doesn't start on fire, get there at 8:15 By far they have the worst service dept I have ever been to. Had an appt at 8:30 am for a recall so my truck doesn't start on fire, get there at 8:15 and of course the line to get registered in for my appt is out the door. I sat there until after my appt with not one employee checking on people waiting to get in to shop. I left. I should have known better because its the same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE BEEN THERE. Terrible Service I came to your service department at 7:50AM on Oct 14th to have a Check Engine Light diagnosed and repaired. I waited outside in front of the servic I came to your service department at 7:50AM on Oct 14th to have a Check Engine Light diagnosed and repaired. I waited outside in front of the service entry doors for 10 minutes while watching 3 other cars enter the Express Service door. I got out of my 2013 Malibu and walked into the service depart and was ignored until I approached Don Tollefson's workstation and told to wait since he was busy at computer. He finally acknowledged me and asked me if I had an appointment. I did not since I was unable to schedule an appointment in advance of me departing back to Colorado Springs after attending a wedding that previous Saturday. He told me he had 60 other appointments and wouldn't be able to get me in and probably not even Tuesday. After some prodding on my part he finally grabbed a code reader and indicated a solenoid gas sensor error. I was amazed at his total lack of compassion or professionalism and ended up leaving without having problem resolved. I think what really pissed me off is when he said "have a safe trip" while I was leaving and that I should be ok to drive it. TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY, UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to drive 1000 miles back to Colorado Springs with the light still illuminated and am going to a real service department to get this issue resolved. Thanks for nothing and putting our return trip in jeopardy and our safety at risk. More

A flashing yellow engine light and hours from home is enough to cause anxiety...within minutes of arriving at Gateway our calm was set in by the amazing care by Zach! He stayed focused on our situation and kept us informed throughout. At the same time he seamlessly juggled other customers with the same care. To have to work with both Canada Hyundai as well the United Sates counterpart...warranty, approvals,... Zach stayed calm, professional and very knowledgeable. We always felt he had out best interest at hand. Zack has even gone to work on his day off to address our particulars and ensured if we needed his assistance at anytime a contact number was given. Thank you so much Zach as you have no idea the impact you had on us and a true role model of what customer care is! Gateway you have a gem with Zach! More
