Recognizing that this response is being left on a Saturday evening: Please note that this dealer responded publicly to my complaint within 24-hours but has yet to reach out; 3-days after stating that, "Providing a positive experience is our top priority." We still HAVE NOT heard from them. The good news is that on January 4th. We were called by a representative to let us know that the service was completed but this person was unaware of anything other than, "it's ready." The BAD news is that when we went in to pick up the vehicle everyone was busy or in a meeting and our contact information was verified so someone would call us back. When we arrived in the service bay the initial representative processed our payment and attempted small talk but was not helpful in answering questions and we were frustrated by this point and asked for our vehicle. WE WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES for them to bring the vehicle around and garbage was left in the cab. I reiterate... horrible communication and terrible customer service.

Up-Date --- 1/9/2023: This morning I received a phone call from Rochelle who informed me that she was both looking into this and had already talked to those involved. She offered my deductible refunded for the repairs on our vehicle and I accepted. Incidentally. I had my own vehicle in service today with a different technician who was highly communicative.
