Bought a 19 Suburban in July of 2022. Had it for 11 months and was in the shop multiple times for some issues. Had to pay out of pocket on a few because the warranty wouldn't cover it. The June of 2023 they had the Suburban for 29 days. Had it back for a few days and had to take it back in. Now the transmission has issues. Decided I wasn't dealing with it and traded it in. They were unwilling to work with me on a decent trade in value. Owned it for 11 months. Communication did not happen during the 29 days unless I was the one initiating it. More

Maddy went out of her way to help our family when we had a service issue with our car. She made sure we had a rental big enough to fit our kiddos (and their baseball stuff!) and that we could get working AC a service issue with our car.
