My next car purchase in this area is going to be from Gateway Hyundai for their excellent service. My experience with durability of Hyundai is not the best but the customer service at Gateway Hyundai is Gateway Hyundai for their excellent service. My experience with durability of Hyundai is not the best but the customer service at Gateway Hyundai is top notch which gave me a reason to start trusting Hyundais service. The service manager and representatives took time to hear me out and read through issue notes to come up with actions that made me felt very comfortable. My residence was 2 hours away round trip from dealership and they understood having the importance of a vehicle and put me on a courtesy car as appropriate and fit me in to appointment schedule. The support and care provided is not just to resolve auto issues but to actually make me feel comfortable throughout the process and to provide best customer service that will make you come back if you ever need your auto checked or repaired without thinking twice. I knew what I wanted when I came in so the process was short and sweet. There was no add ons thrown in and I got what I wanted and paid for.
