The car I got approved for wasn't exactly what I was looking for, and I wasn't ready to commit to the monthly premium. Rather than getting frustrated, Danielle was very professional and understood. Yesterday I asked Danielle to show me some cars. She spent a lot of time showing me cars, knowing that I might not be ready to buy. She was committed to my budget and was honest about everything. Even if it meant telling me a car wasn't in my budget so we shouldn't look at it. I respect Danielle very much. She waited until I was ready to buy a car. She didn't pressure me into anything. Which made me really comfortable. She could have pushed me to a different sales person, but she took her time and let me take mine. We ended up sending in paperwork that day for a Hyundai Santa Fe. She was excited as I was when I got approved. The fact that she waited 5 months for me to come back to Gateway, to possibly buy a car, made me realize how much she loves her job. She's not a high pressure sales person. She knows what she's talking about and she genuinely cares about the people she's working with. I think other sales people need to learn from her.
