I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Bob thoroughly reviewed key aspects of financing allowing the choice to add or opt out of anything along the way. Great service as always! I came into the dealership looking for a new vehicle. I knew I wanted a Suburban, but didn't know a lot about them. Alex was awesome! He immediately greeted me at the door, and found me the perfect test drive. We took a ride to my house, showed my husband and kids and he went over every feature the vehicle had to offer. When we got back, he helped me decide on a lease option. The vehicle I drove ended up being a little more than I wanted to spend, so he and Marc worked with another dealership to find exactly the right one in South Dakota that met my needs and my budget. They had it to me within the next two days, added my accessories (Thanks Tim!!), hand washed it and even filled the tank before I took off. Best Experiance I have ever had I was originally shopping for a car for my son. I soon realized he couldn't really afford much so decided to give him my car and look for one for mys I was originally shopping for a car for my son. The first help I received was from the lease manager because he was available when I came in when I was looking for help for my son. He gave us a couple options and couldn't have been nicer. Like my son said, he really wasn't going to make much from us because we had to look for a cheap car. I decided I would have to give him mine and look for one for myself. As my focus changed to buying a car myself, I was in contact with Mike Blythe. He was excellent to work with!!! He made it pretty easy to make a decision and I will be loyal to him as along as he works there. He addressed everything I asked about and also gave me his card incase I had any questions about the car after I drove it away. He gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to Dan in service and he has helped me before with my former car and he is "MY GUY" to go too. I was treated so well and I just want to say that the people that I worked with are just the best. I really had thought of going to two other dealerships to look around but never made it past Gateway because it made sense to stay there because of the excellent service.
