Mobil 1 Oil Change The Quick lube Service Tech was kind enough to blow out the Bugs on the upper part of the radiator on my Corvette.. showing him in bugs.. Very pleasant experience! I traded in two of my vehicles for a new truck and it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Bernard was very nice to work with and was I traded in two of my vehicles for a new truck and it was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. He even drove out to Casselton with me to pick up my second vehicle so I didn't have to worry about how I was going to get it to town. Cherry's Last Ride Once upon a time in the land of Fargo not too far away, there was a quaint and classy business known to locals as Gateway. Here they had cars and tru Once upon a time in the land of Fargo not too far away, there was a quaint and classy business known to locals as Gateway. Here they had cars and trucks, some big and some small and they could fit every kind of person either short or tall. As I cruised slowly down the line to see what I could find, my car Cherry knew she was reaching the end of her time. She was 10 years old and didn't run as smooth as her younger years and the rattle I heard was like her engine choking back tears. I was her first owner, the only driver behind her wheel and for both of us this moment was quite a big deal. We pulled up to the front door and I gave her a short pep talk. 'Maybe the time is now', I said. 'Remember Cherry, it's not your fault'. I walked in through the doors to Gateway, a heaviness in my heart. But that's when I first met Melissa, and I could tell that she was smart. She listened to my story and how much Cherry meant to me. It's just been her and I against the world since I first turned her key. She's listened to my off key singing and the shouting at other cars, she's been there for break-ups and driving rowdy friends home from the bars. The long car trips and countless meals spilled on her seats and when I turned her up as loud as she could just to hear some sick beats. Melissa laughed with me and was so kind, she truly listened to me. She knew from my stories exactly what kind of vehicle would be most befitting for me. But alas, my credit wasn't really exactly great. I was working hard to repair past mistakes of making some payments too late. That's when Robert came and heard the situation I was in. He helped me feel as if I could redeem some of those past financial sins. Robert and Melissa worked tirelessly for me, trying to help in any way they could. They worked far past their work hours and sacrificed more time than anyone else really would. Test drives and payment amounts and numbers run back and forth, I am convinced Gateway employs the greatest workers in the North. A few test drives later, a new car found and I knew it was perfect for me. Melissa and Robert were so helpful and kind and showed great sincerity. As I walked outside to my new car, Cherry was parked so she could see. I wanted her to know that this new car would take excellent care of me. I had been in the same place, 10 years ago when I climbed into the drivers seat. Now she was home again, much less new and much less neat. I took a moment and said goodbye, a heaviness building inside. But Cherry knew and she was content that we had shared our last ride. As I drove away in my new car with confidence at the end of the day; I knew I wouldn't have been able to do it, had it not been for the great people at Gateway. **Melissa and Robert provided me with superb service. I bought my first Nissan with Gateway Automotive 10 years ago and loved my experience so much, I came back for my second. Both were so patient with me and my situation. They didn't pressure me to buy but made sure they did everything they could to give me every option so I could make a good decision. I am also so thankful to the other employees who stopped by to inquire about my decision and about my car. I appreciate how much they all truly care about every customer that comes in, regardless if they are working with that customer or not. I will continue to come to Gateway Nissan for all of my vehicle needs, as well as refer others to them as well.** More
New Purchase 2017/some what dissatisfied We had a great experience. There was no pressure. It went very smooth. We really like our new purchase but we were misinformed. We were told we could start my new 2017 Santa Fe Sport from my phone if we paid for an additional price. Come to find out that information is INCORRECT. My vehicle does not have that feature. The only thing our sales person can say is "he has sold many and has told people the same thing he told me and no one has come back and told him that they couldn't start their car from their phones. I was the first." Yet the only thing I've heard was I'm sorry, but If you decide to put an auto start in your vehicle I know someone who might be able to give you a discount. I'm VERY dissatisfied with this part!! I liked the idea of starting my brand new car from my phone. I don't want to put an after market auto start on my brand new vehicle. I would recommend them to others ONLY because of the no pressure experience. However I would advise people to do more of their own home work on the features of any vehicle that they plan to purchase before purchasing any vehicle. More
