Absolutely AMAZING! From the first call to pulling out of the lot in my new car, Andrew listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I asked a ton of questions and he had an answer for all of them. And the lot in my new car, Andrew listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I asked a ton of questions and he had an answer for all of them. Andrew and the Gates team did a great job at making the car buying process very simple and smooth. He didn’t make it seem like a sales pitch and you could tell Andrew loves his job. It was like buying a car from a friend by the time I was done.
