Very thorough explaining what work was done and what yet needs to be done.Front brakes were fixed and are working fine. Car was left with plastic on seat and paper still on floor on driver's side. This happened with both of my last two visits to the store. I let the manager know this when I brought my car back after the hub cap fell off. With the COVID-19 pandemic still happening wonder if some of the interior of the car, that was touched, was wiped down after it was driven to parking lot? Suggest maybe someone could escort you to your car to make sure this has been done,. Hub cap came off of left front of car around 3/4 miles to home. Took it back to manager, and he apologized plus said that he would order a new one. More

Poor Service and Dissatisfied Customer My family and I took our vehicles to Gates of Granger for several years for basic maintenance and car repair. Occasionally there would be a need for m My family and I took our vehicles to Gates of Granger for several years for basic maintenance and car repair. Occasionally there would be a need for major work to be done on our vehicles. A recent example includes radiator hoses needing to be replaced. The hose was replaced but the clamps weren't tightened properly and this led to the hose coming loose and the radiator fluid leaking out and onto a belt that seized the engine. Fortunately my family member was able to stop the car safely. This oversight by Gates of Granger cost us more money in repairs and we feel could have been avoided with proper attention to detail. The second bad experience is related to another vehicle's air conditioning that had gone into Gates three (3) times for the same problem and repairs. The problem still wasn't totally resolved and it cost us another $1000 to finally get it fixed by a more qualified service provider. I cannot in conscience recommend Gates of Granger to anyone in the future due to the poor quality of work and service provided. More
