When I picked up my car from the body shop I noticed that the panel gaps do not line up and it’s obvious where the damage was. On the front fender where it meets the door, the gap is quite large. On the bottom rocker panel, it is loosely mounted. Also when I picked up the car, the driver side head light had blown bulbs - I then had to replace the bulbs. When I picked up the car, the new wheels still had heavy lubricant all over them from mounting the tires, it wasn’t cleaned until I pointed it out to the guy in the office. Overall I’m disappointed in the quality of the repairs. More

Was pushed into a vehicle that had not been serviced yet and now since the day I picked it up has smoked from the exhaust I've had it up there twice and now I have to bring it back for a third time I was so and now since the day I picked it up has smoked from the exhaust I've had it up there twice and now I have to bring it back for a third time I was sold a car that had not been serviced yet therefore Gates and the salesman and the people there had no idea what was wrong with that car before they sold it to me and since I had signed the papers on it I've had nothing but problems with it and now I'm stuck with it I do not have much faith and the people at Gates of Granger the car by an experience for me has been a horrible one More
