Oil change under Toyota Care Under Toyota Care I am used to being taken care of at the first desk in the service bay, this time I was dismissed to go to another desk but then at c Under Toyota Care I am used to being taken care of at the first desk in the service bay, this time I was dismissed to go to another desk but then at check out I had to go back to the original desk. I was told that all customers under Toyota Care are required to do that. I did not like how I was treated. As a long term customer, this is my fifth lease thru Toyota, this is by far the most inconsiderate I was treated. The service end was fine and I got to see Mike Feahy but customer service really needs to be worked on. More

Got the 38.80 oil change, plus 1 Toyota wiper She tried to charge me 76 something, but to her credit adjusted it to70. And change. Not horrible but not good! Could improve on this. Body work done Gates performed some minor body work on my front bumper. The work is immaculate- can’t tell holes were ever present. The manager was helpful as well. The only thing I found a little concerning is that the vehicle Gates picked me up in to drive to and from the body shop had a cracked front bumper and needed body work. More
