I have had a couple small issues when i have been there for oil changes. I have a 2014 Ram 1500. The last time i was there for an oil change I noticed after I got home that the tech had marked 36 PSI on th for oil changes. I have a 2014 Ram 1500. The last time i was there for an oil change I noticed after I got home that the tech had marked 36 PSI on the sheet for all my tires. However my dash TPMS system showed 55-60 PSI in each tire. the tire pressure not actually being changed wasn't a big deal to me because I tow a camper, Have E load range tires and run them at 60 PSI anyway. That being said it did leave me wondering what else was "skipped" but marked as done on the work sheet. I have bought a few cars from gates and have always been happy with your service, but between this little issue and a issue with a previous visit it's left me wondering how much the oil techs actually do when they are working on vehicles. Sadly i don't remember the name of the service writer or the tech but I'm sure it's in my records with you under my name.. More

The service department staff is always friendly, the always let you know what needs to be done. If the find additional problems they let you know if it's something that needs to addressed right away or always let you know what needs to be done. I was told a diagnostic was $70 and nothing was mentioned that this was a charge for 30 minutes. I was then told they needed an hour without them even doing the 30 minute diagnostic and they said it would be that this was a charge for 30 minutes. I don't know how they knew they needed an hour without even looking at it unless they knew what it was from the sound and wanted extra money. More
