When we bought our Highlander we took out the bumper to bumper warranty. We have never had a claim until now. When we had our oil changed a week ago I mentioned that to Jesse our service rep that we had a bumper warranty. We have never had a claim until now. After checking it out he said the rail in the sunroof was the problem and he submitted a claim twice but they were declined. The next day I called the Business Manager and explained the situation to him and he said he would look into the situation. The next day he called me and said Gate’s would cover the repairs, we were very pleased with the service we received. More

Would have rated higher , but there was some miscommunication on when my truck would be done.
