I went to have my tires checked the tire icon was
displayed on the dashboard. The technician checked all the tires for a leak and made sure they were all at the correct inflation level.

It took almost 3 hours for an oil change with only 2 cars
ahead of me. Their was only 1 guy doing oil changes but a lot standing around at the desks and I'm sure at least one could have jumped in to help out

I don't know who assisted me at the desk to check out but he was a slob and a jerk and thought he was funny but he wasn't and especially after waiting almost 3 hours. He also couldn't answer any of my questions or just didn't want to.
