Because of a previously outstanding experience with buying a new 2020 Silverado from Gates Chevy, we chose to purchase our 2025 Highlander from Gates Toyota and wow, just as good of an experience. Tre buying a new 2020 Silverado from Gates Chevy, we chose to purchase our 2025 Highlander from Gates Toyota and wow, just as good of an experience. Trent sacrificed personal time on Saturday to stay as long as we needed to have every question we had answered. The followup from Gates Chevy was so good, I have every reason to believe that the followup from Gates Toyota will be equally as good. There are many other dealerships that were closer and driving the 3 hours to purchase was so worth it! More

The service department staff is always friendly, the always let you know what needs to be done. If the find additional problems they let you know if it's something that needs to addressed right away or always let you know what needs to be done. I was told a diagnostic was $70 and nothing was mentioned that this was a charge for 30 minutes. I was then told they needed an hour without them even doing the 30 minute diagnostic and they said it would be that this was a charge for 30 minutes. I was then told they needed an hour without them even doing the 30 minute diagnostic and they said it would be $135. I don't know how they knew they needed an hour without even looking at it unless they knew what it was from the sound and wanted extra money. More
