I went to have my tires checked the tire icon was displayed on the dashboard. It took almost 3 hours for an oil change with only 2 cars ahead of me. Their was only 1 guy doing oil changes but a lot standing around at the desks and I'm sure at least one could have jumped in to help out ahead of me. I don't know who assisted me at the desk to check out but he was a slob and a jerk and thought he was funny but he wasn't and especially after waiting almost 3 hours. He also couldn't answer any of my questions or just didn't want to.

They were thorough with running diagnostics and looking into problems with my car. They put a new to me used engine in and replaced the radiator. I picked it up Saturday morning and Sunday night the check into problems with my car. They put a new to me used engine in and replaced the radiator.
