Great 5 star Service 5 start service is what you should expect from a dealership. Gates Nissan did not disappoint. I was promptly greeted and once the service adviser realized it was my first time, she walked me inside to show me the waiting area where I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Even at check out, I was explained how the rewards program they have works. Great team that made me feel welcome!! Thank you Gates Nissan! More

Same great service I didn't buy my truck at Gates only because i had a certain truck I was looking for which was a Dodge. Gates Nissan repeatedly tested the vehicle and persistently ran codes on the day I left it for e My 2019 Murano developed a problem with a radar unit. Gates Nissan repeatedly tested the vehicle and persistently ran codes on the day I left it for evaluation. They evaluated diligently and found the issue and replaced the part at no cost. Washed my SUV after completion of service and the price was below what I expected. Why drive 30 miles to the Infiniti dealership when I can get this level of service in my own backyard. 5 Star Service! More
