I had a wonderful experience today at Gates Nissan. Went in to have my trailer hitch and wiring harness installed on my new Rogue. Greeting professionally. Dropped my truck off for a problem with my truck. They had a week and when I picked it up it still had the same problem. This truck has spent 5 weeks in the shop and it is a year old. The engine went out had a week and when I picked it up it still had the same problem. This truck has spent 5 weeks in the shop and it is a year old. The engine went out at 5 months old. I will take my truck to a different dealer to try to get the problem addressed. And never buy from then again. More

This is my second purchase from Gates Nissian. The sales staff have been terrific and the service department goes out of their way to work around my appointment needs. Chose Gates dealerships to find a new used car due to my experience at Gates Nissan service. Received fabulous low pressure service from Fran at Toyota richmond and Buddy Rue at Hyundai. Bought from Todd Ha experience at Gates Nissan service. Received fabulous low pressure service from Fran at Toyota richmond and Buddy Rue at Hyundai. Bought from Todd Hazzard at Nissan(the car and price just fit). Must say, I was taken aback at Hyundai by some very high pressure from a sales manager, that bordered on rude. This only caused us to focus on the other two dealerships. More
