From the time I entered the door, I was greeted with professional and courteous staff. My repair services required an over-night delivery of a part so a "loaner" car was provided....Great! In addition to my primary concern (head light replacement) the service department completed all the outstanding "recall" updates for my vehicle. I'm new to Kentucky and so glad that Gates Nissan was able to "keep me on the road safely." More

I have only used Nissan to service my car(s) which were all various Nissan models. I have no complaints. Service and personnel are great.
