Very pleased with service department at Gates Nissan I was met by Kathy upon arrival. She knew me by name and knew want service I needed for my Rogue. Pam kept me informed of the progress of the servic I was met by Kathy upon arrival. She knew me by name and knew want service I needed for my Rogue. Pam kept me informed of the progress of the service and showed me the old air filter which needed to be changed. The department appeared to be very busy with unexpected drive in customers. That being said my car was ready in a timely manner. I will definitely return. Kathy is always helpful when I call related to maintenance issues when traveling. Vehicle service I've always had good service when I've brought my vehicle in Gates Nissan. The last vehicle I bought was a smooth experience, thanks to Anthony Logan. One thing I saw at my last service is that everyone did not know the terms of my free oil changes up to 75000 miles. Kathy was on the phone trying to get it figured out tho, hopefully she did. More
