They have built a level of trust over time that is simply invaluable to us. There was a time I bought Nissan products solely because of their quality and value. Disappointed Services requested were not performed after waiting for an 1 &1/2. No updates on progress. I Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a ne Services requested were not performed after waiting for an 1 &1/2. No updates on progress. I Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have a new key made for the vehicle. After waited for so long I went to check on the progress and was told the "key guy" was not there. I scheduled the appointment based on the "key guys" availability and missed a half a days work for him to not show up. After leaving the dealership I discovered the tires had not been rotated and the brakes were not inspected. This vehicle is driven primarily by my 16 year old daughter and Gates has lost all my trust in the services they provide. I will not be back. There needs to be communication and explanation to your customers! More
