Worst service department I've ever dealt with. I've owned 7 Nissans from gates and I'M DONE. They will make some kind of excuse why they can't fix your vehical or tell you there is nothing wrong w I've owned 7 Nissans from gates and I'M DONE. They will make some kind of excuse why they can't fix your vehical or tell you there is nothing wrong with it.l everytime. Happened multiple times now with several different vehicals. Last week took new Frontier in for 1st service. Seat has rocked back and forth since I brought it home. Thought I would just get it fixed during first service. They changed oil and pulled it back in the bay and said nothing was wrong. I said they didn't drive it then because the seat rocks everytime you take off and stop. Sat there for close to another hour. Never saw the truck leave and they said someone else looked at it and nothing was wrong. Guess I'll just drive this piece of xxxx with the seat rocking back and forth. 6,000 miles on it. I guess they come standard with rocking chairs now. I could go on and on about this service department, but how about I take my business elsewhere from now on. DONT USE GATES FORD, NISSAN, TOYOTA AND ON AND ON. Find a dealer that Steve gates dosent own. Buyer beware. More

Service Dept. I've been going to Gates Nissan for 10-plus years. Purchased 2 vehicles from them and they have serviced 3 vehicles I've owned. Quality inspections and they will tell you if replacement part is urgent or just watch it. No high pressure. Never a go back to get repair done correctly. Always the same folks to greet you. That speaks volumes. More

Disappointed that my battery was measuring very low on the tester but still couldn’t be replaced. It’s only 31 months old with an 84 month warranty on it. I’m still having issues off and on with getting i the tester but still couldn’t be replaced. It’s only 31 months old with an 84 month warranty on it. oil change and tire changed As always Gates Nissan is there to take care of our vehicles needs. We had our normal oil change but also we needed new tires. While they where doing As always Gates Nissan is there to take care of our vehicles needs. We had our normal oil change but also we needed new tires. While they where doing their inspection they noticed we needed brakes on the front. Our car is running as good or better than it ever has. More
