unhappy long time customer The recall work was satisfactory. And I DID go in a day early by mistake, to which they were very accommodating. But, AFTER the work was complete, I was told of 2 dents in my tailgate. (There is NOTHING in my garage that matches the dents). I really feel that they backed into something at the dealer. Also, I was told that he knew a guy that would fix it for about 75 dollars. Those dents were NOT there when I brought the truck in. But, I can't prove it so my new truck with under 600 miles now has dents. This truck, from sales to service has been a nightmare. (The truck itself is very nice...) More

Fortunately I was contacted by the Services Manager Bill and all I had issue with the service department and out of frustration took to the internet. Not Honest Brought my car in for a recall. They kept it a week and gave me no rental car for that time. When I picked up my car the ABS light was on I asked why Brought my car in for a recall. They kept it a week and gave me no rental car for that time. When I picked up my car the ABS light was on I asked why because it wasn't on when I brought it in. They basically called me a liar and wanted to charge me $500 dollars to fix it!! They were working on the brakes near the ABS. My big Concern WHY IF IT WAS ON WHEN I brought it in NOBODY MENTIONED IT TO ME OR TOLD ME ABOUT IT. Service Department has gone WAY DOWN at Gates. They used to be great but not now. More
