Jeanna Zajaczkowski is the Best. He is not manager quality at all. If The customer has an issue, he has an excuse for everything and makes you seem like your wrong and hes right. he doesn't make sure what is done is done right, very unfriendly and doesn't get the issue resolved or explain it. so if you do go to the Service Department ask For Jeanna Zajaczkowski. shes the advisor, but should run the place and be the manager, she looks like she does more then the manager. I will not be returning with my vehicle to here cause of the experience my friends and family and I had with Bill. had more then 1 bad experience with him. More
