Martin is extremely well informed regarding his product and answer's questions immediatley, utilizing his knowledge of the vehicle and the car industry. He is courteous, polite, well informed, presents a neat appearance and a gentleman. He explained the deal and what everyone's responsiblities are completely. The vehicle was well prepared and on time.
