The service department was presented with an unusual problem in that there was a service message that displayed inconsistently. JOHNNY was very professional , he also contacted me and told me there was a special fitting they had to make and they just went ahead and did it. Hate the wait was so long a s my appt was at 7am I belive I didnt get seen till after 10 am Miss understanding about the full service I was told I needed. When I got there it was two different full servic I didnt get seen till after 10 am Miss understanding about the full service I was told I needed. When I got there it was two different full service required wasn't expecting to pay an additional over 200.00 more. Chris understood he seen my text Interaction even though he couldn't waive the other service he was kind enough to knock the price down for me. This still over drafted my bank account cause I wasn't prepared if I would have known I had a couple weeks before my appointment to have a funds. Thanks for the amazing customer service over all. More
