The service that was done on the vehicle was satisfactory. The service from JJ was not the greatest. He kept giving us the run around. He said once the part was ordered it take at most 10 days. The process started June 27th. I understand that we had to deal with the holiday. But he said he would call me on the 7th to inform me on the status of the part. He didn’t I had to call him. Was told the part would be here any day. Called again on the 11th to see where we were at. Still no part. I told him that I needed a working car for my wife to go out of town for a surgery for her dad on the 17th. He said we could probably work something out if it was not fixed by then but he was sure it would be. He said he would call me on Monday 7/14 to let me know. He didn’t. I called on Wednesday 7/16and it was like I was bothering him. My wife needed the car for a trip out of town on the highway Thursday night. Part didn’t come. Was told that the parts would all be here on Monday 7/21 and it would take 4 hours. It was dropped off on Sunday evening so they had the car first thing. I called on Monday at 3:45 pm and JJ told me that the car would not be ready until Tuesday 7/22. Ultimately I feel like he should not be making promises like this. He told us the car was safe ish to drive but not to do any highway driving. My wife was not able to go out of town for her Dad’s surgery due to his false promises. I asked about a car for her to use for the surgery and he said we can’t just give out cars to people for Joyriding on the weekend. I asked to speak with the service manager or dealership manager and was told that they were not there. I understand that my car was not the only car being worked on. But this is not the kind of service that anyone wants to receive. More
I've had nothing but bad experience from the service. From oil changes put 6 quarters in it take 8. Last time had tires rotated too later fine luge nut missing. I'm not going back.
