The top portion of my paperwork wasn't filled out. She caught an attitude because I asked if they checked tire life, pressure, and wipers anymore She stated they probably just forgot. When I asked again, she snatched it from the counter and took it to the mechanic who just scribbled information on the sheet. He stated my tire pressure was set at 35 psi which the recommended is 38psi. Upon checking this information, I pulled back in and asked JB to verify that they were never checked or filled as the front were at 41 & 40 and the rear were 34 & 37 More

Did not like the tech put in a fuel pump before he found if a leak could be fixed. Charge over $800 dollars not know he could fix the leak bad business practices.
