Gates Chevy World - Service Center

This is the first time in my life that I have stayed with any dealership for service work on any vehicle. I’m semi retired and I don’t care to do my own work anymore. I have a 2022 pickup Trail boss and my w any dealership for service work on any vehicle. I’m semi retired and I don’t care to do my own work anymore. I have a 2022 pickup Trail boss and my wife’s 2019 Equinox that Gates does all the service work on. If something wasn’t done or not done right they made it right. As long as they continue this kind of service I will stay with them and trade on new or used vehicles.By the way I don’t right reviews very often. More

I was surprised that I was able to get the oil and filter change done in less that one hour. I was treated with consideration and all my questions were answered by the professional staff.
