Worst experience ever! This is probably going to my last time coming here. Only had the car for 3 months and now I have to pay for the transmission which your dealership did This is probably going to my last time coming here. Only had the car for 3 months and now I have to pay for the transmission which your dealership did not diagnose before selling out the car. You people are so unfair with you policy. The worst experience so far. The car started to jerk and engine light came on. Was told it had something to do internal with the transmission and wires. How is that my problem? Why should I be the one dealing with this. Your salesmen and finance guys don’t even care all they want is the money. You also told me the tires would be replaced but that did not happen because I found out there was a nail in the tires. And now I’m stuck with paying for a car that had no major service and maintenance done before being sold. I understand it is a used car and all but those should be the ones to look at more. Because all you dealerships care about is keeping a good record why don’t you make this your priority to make sure cars like this wouldn’t give people problems. More

Bad service I went in for a oil change now my check engine lights on. I called to tell the manager he told me to bring the car in and if it was something they did I went in for a oil change now my check engine lights on.
