Went in for a simple oil change and they forgot to put the oil stick back causing oil to go everywhere. I notice when the oil started to burn and smoke was coming out of the trunk due the surface being ho the oil stick back causing oil to go everywhere. My husband & I just purchased a '23 Sienna. We got a referral from a friend to work with Mike who was awesome during this process. We ultimately finished this process by working with Ricky and We got a referral from a friend to work with Mike who was awesome during this process. We ultimately finished this process by working with Ricky and I could not have been more pleased. My husband had been talking with him a few days before the purchase & my husband asked him if he could get the van to his location (it was originally at Granger), in just a few hours so that I could go look at it. Ricky is very personable and so kind. There has been an open line of communication since this began. I did notice a small defect on the middle seatbelt in the 2nd row. Ricky immediately took pictures to show the sales manager & they assured me they would take care of it. He got me on the schedule for today (6/19) for the service department to evaluate the belt & even came in on his day off. Erik was the person we worked with for financing & he was very detailed & made the purchasing process seamless. More
