Hi. I'm Rick Gastorf and I appreciate you visiting our website. Gastorf Chevrolet is a family business that has been serving Warren, Lincoln, Montgomery and St. Charles County for over 30 years. I never will charge you fees for doing business with us. Other dealers will charge paperwork fee up to $600 and add on things.
What makes us different from other dealerships is that we, the Gastorfs, are accessible. My sons, Ricky, Joey and I work full time at the dealership. Often times you work specifically with us in connection with your purchase, service or body shop needs.
We also offer a relaxed and friendly environment in which to shop. We treat each guest as we would expect to be treated. Our guests are given a fair price up front with no gimmicks, no unnecessary fees, and no surprises when the final paperwork is signed.
Our goal at Gastorf Chevrolet is to be honest and low pressure. We want to give our guests the most enjoyable and easy car buying experience they have ever had so that we can provide them with all of their automotive needs for years to come! I don’t normally write reviews but today I am. I want to thank GASTORF CHEVROLET particularly CHRIS AND THE UNKNOWN MECHANICS TONY DAVE LAKELYNN. Heading out west for vacation and suddenly on expr I want to thank GASTORF CHEVROLET particularly CHRIS AND THE UNKNOWN MECHANICS TONY DAVE LAKELYNN. Heading out west for vacation and suddenly on expressway truck was breaking down slowly and eventually needing a transmission. CHRIS got this situation in motion and LISTENED to us. We explained we had already been to TWO other dealerships literally right before we got to them. We are from out of state and have no idea where we are. We needed help. Who helped us… GASTORF! We had to stay in a hotel only TWO NIGHTS considering this happened on a Monday afternoon and Wednesday by 12 or so are truck was ready! Tony and Dave chauffeured us and we really appreciate it. Lakelynn ( what a lovely name) a very friendly face kept us posted about our truck. We are more than GRATEFUL for all they did and getting us back on the road so quickly. I still find it hard to believe. A BILLION TIMES, THANK YOU! More
