This was by far the "BEST" experience I have had in 30 years of purchasing cars. Especially for a woman, most treat us as though we don't know what we want. From the first moment, my husband and I were both given the "Royal" treatment. And when Jimmy Grant (our salesperson) found out that the car was for me he was very informative and answered all my questions concerning the different styles of cars at the Dealership. There was absolutely "no" pressure to purchase, and I drove several different cars. Jimmy even went to another Dealership in a nearby town to bring back a car we had seen on the Internet. We left and came back when the car was there. I then made my selection and purchased the car of my "DREAMS". You will never find any Dealership to treat you better...and they know how to treat women with respect and not make you feel inferior. We know what we want in a car, and Jimmy helped me find my new "used" car. No pressure was ever put on me to purchase new instead of used. I was able to stay well within my budget..and Mr. Tony Zorn, the finance director make the transaction complete with no pressure at all. We were able to walk away feeling refreshed instead of worn out from the experience. We will definitely send our friends and co-workers to Gastonia Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram...and when we are ready to purchase for my husband..I am sure we will look there first! We helped buy a used Jeep for our daughter, it is her first vehicle in her name. We were all pleased with the over all buying experience, from the moment we got there Danny Craig took great care of us, w first vehicle in her name. Like I said, it was our daughters first buying experience, and Danny Craig couldn't have made it more pleasurable for her or us, at delivery Danny showed Mandy every detail about the Jeep, and answered all of her questions.
