Best experience! I first went to kia on South Blvd. They played me bad. I knew my credit wasn't great but they had me believe I couldn't get a good deal. The car was not there so I waiting for hours for my salesman to return with the kia..I was told it would only have 50 miles on it. When he did returned with the car it had 6000 miles on it.I told him I didn't want it! So he said I'll have what you want the next day. The next day came up, he tried to sell me the kia with 6000 miles. So I went to Chrysler Dodge in gastonia and met Steve Ross. Steve made me feel comfortable he made me feel like he been in my shoes and can relate to how i felt. It almost felt like we grew up together lol a very fun experience. What I like about Steve the most he was a honest sales man and down to earth I hope to do business with him in the future. More

He also told us if we got home and needed help working anything to just call him or come by the dealership and he would be glad to help us. Made you feel like family! Went in just looking at a used car to help us get by, always hated this sales stuff, but little did I know the guys took us in showed us around and go Went in just looking at a used car to help us get by, always hated this sales stuff, but little did I know the guys took us in showed us around and got to know us. The Salesman Gerald even came back in on his day off the next day just to let us test drive a few again and printed the window sticker so I could see things side by side to help me choose the right one.. Ron Lovelace came up to my wife and me, introduced himself, and welcomed us to the dealership when we walked in. A very respectable person. It was like he knew us all of our lives. He introduced us to Danny Craig, one of their salesmen. Danny showed us around their dealership at vehicles they had on hand that we talked about possibly being interested in. At no time did he try to sales pressure us into any vehicle and at no time did he show any disinterest in what we might want or any decision that we might make. I would have not blamed him if he had, because I think we walked that entire lot looking at vehicles. All in all, the experience at Gastonia Chrysler was awesome and for that experience with the folks there, including Brandon Beck, we are now driving a new Jeep Latitude. It is an awesome vehicle and we are pleased with our decision to purchase this vehicle. A well deserved thank you to the boss of car sales, Mr. Steve Ross. He made my first car buying experience very easy with laughs the entire way. Your run in the mill car salesman is interested in just sticking the deal and making the sale but with Steve there was care and attention to our needs in a vehicle. I have to say the process was long and complicated on my end but he stuck with me and had a solution for every problem. The vehicle I was in before was a death trap and he was not going to let me leave the lot in it. For that, thank you Steve Ross The Boss. I absolutely love the car. More

Our most recent purchase was a 2013 Dodge Journey to replace a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan which was totaled in an accident--seven people in the car and there were no injuries. That's a Dodge for you!!
