Any time we had a service issue that required multiple tries to fix, it was obv We have taken our cars to McKenney for service for several years now. Any time we had a service issue that required multiple tries to fix, it was obvious the service adviser and technicians were trying hard to solve the problem. And they have quite a challenge with a 2000 Pontiac Sunfire with 196,000+ miles on it that was salvaged years ago! We've known Tim Spivey for 20 years so we usually work with him but we've found Clif Calvert and other advisers to be dependable as well.
