These guys at McKenney Chevrolet are the best! They treat you with respect no matter who you are, they give you honest, sound advice whether it gets them a sale or not. Robert will do everything possible to make the deal work for you, and Andy is professional and pleasant to deal with during the paperwork process. This is my seventh car (two for daughters and one for husband) purchased from McKenney and the experience just gets better. No high pressure but always there to help you find what you want (even if that means special order!). After the sale when most just forget about you McKenney just keeps going with the best service department around! Clif Calvert, service manager is always there to 'listen' to your problems and help find the answer fast. Excellent service department! I know when I am dealing with McKenney that I am met with respect and honesty! I will never take my business anywhere else and will recommend McKenney to ALL my family and friends! The team worked hard for us to ensure we were getting the exact vehicles we wanted, with all the features we desired. They not only gave us top dollar for our trades, but gave us excellent deals on the new cars as well. They were nothing but professional and polite. We were not in the dealership for a long, drawn out amount of time (which has been our experience in many other places). I felt very at ease, with no haggling or pressure tactics. Our salesman Dan Reid showed us nearly every type of vehicle on the lot (my husband is picky) and he was happy to do so. He took time to answer our questions and introduced us to the sales manager (John Kitchens), as well as Andy Threatt in finance. It was like we were family. We will continue to do business with McKenney Chevrolet and will recommend them to friends and family. I love my new Acadia Denali & my husband loves his Terrain! McKenney Chevrolet accepted a cash offer for a used Honda Civic and, knowing that I would be driving 2.5 hours, scheduled an appointment for me. My family and I were five minutes away when our salesman (Jar Civic and, knowing that I would be driving 2.5 hours, scheduled an appointment for me. My family and I were five minutes away when our salesman (Jarrod Fraley) called to say he sold the car to someone else. This was AFTER I had just spoken to him to make sure he knew that we had already driven a long way and were almost there. We arrived onsite and the same salesman was unprofessional and unapologetic saying that an agreement is meaningless. I was assured by both the General Sales Manager (Matt Surbeck) and General Manager (Jace Stowe) that this was NOT dealership policy. Acknowledging my mistreatment, they also offered to find me a comparable or better car for a comparable price. They said they would look for me and asked that I keep an eye on their inventory online. They continually said they could not find anyhing and every car I asked about from their online inventory was either "already sold" or "unsuitable for sale". I gave up on this after a few weeks as my costs from not having a fuel-efficient car continued to skyrocket. I called a local independent dealer in my hometown and he found a better car at a better price within 24 hours. What a difference a little motivation makes! Your time and money are better spent elsewhere than McKenney Chevrolet. More
