Thinking that Charlotte Dealers would be more competative with better choices better service and a better deal, I visited 3 dealers in Charlotte and wasted alot of time and energy. my experience dealing with this company/dealership to say the least FANTASTIC. I went online told them I was looking around for a car and wanted to see what they could do for me. She wanted to know which models I was interested in and she would have them run some numbers and get back to me. The numbers she came back with for a model they had on the lot really worked for me. I wanted to take it for a test drive, but I had no way down to the dealership, so they sent a salesman to me so that I could take it for a spin. I live 30 minutes from the dealership, so that impressed me. I met Tom Carr when he came to me for the test drive. I was very impressed not only with the car, but with him. The fact that he knew everything about the car and it's systems was great. He didn't just say this does this, and that does that. He added his and his other customers personal experiences in with the features tour. He made me feel very comfortable. I liked the car, I liked the professional yet comfortable atmosphere that the employee's have. I decided that I wanted to lease the car, but I had to be back to work within a little over two hours. We drove back to the dealership, slammed the paperwork thru, and I was leased and back at work right on time. More
