Price differential between our trade in and auto we were interested in was very much in the sellers favor. Took some dickering to get in some reasonable range, still in the sellers favor, but the vehicle w interested in was very much in the sellers favor. Subsequent, had some issue with salesman regarding getting two key bobs for auto, but manager was very amiable and correct in that we gave two with our trade in. We were trading in a 2009 Cadillac CTS RWD basic for a 2011 AWD Luxury. Reason for going for AWD was poor experience with handling and gripping during snows in February. A slight disappointment was the salesman wasn't very familiar with features of luxury model, said there was a rain sensitive wiper system standard, which there isn't. More

Yesterday when I walked in to McKenny and Met Scott Braswell, my whole experience changed. for the first time in my life he made the experience of buying a new car pleasant. He was honest, funny, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. I think the dealership has a great salesmen in Scott. He does more than sell you a car, he sells you a long term relationship with the dealership. In the future when purchasing a new car I will go straight to McKenny and look for Scott!!!!!!!
