My experience with McKenney was by far and away the most positive and pleasant experience from the moment I spoke to Jamie (Buckner) on the phone. Within an hour, I had a price quote that met my expectations without a bunch of back and forth posturing. They set a fair, reasonable price and offered to save me a two hour drive by bringing the car to me. I've never had a dealer do that and it was without my even asking. They then offered to meet me at a mechanic so that we could do a thorough evaluation knowing that if we found anything I would send them back with the car. Kurtis (Vause) met me and we chatted for the 90 minutes while the mechanics did their thing...he was pleasant, professional, and well-informed. When all checked out, Kurtis then offered to follow me back to my house so that I wouldn't have to return to the mechanic's location to retrieve my other car. We got a great car, at a great price, delivered by a great team that I will have no hesitation recommending to anyone else (even those here in Greensboro) looking for a new or used car.
