This made the sales pressure greater and reduced the opportunity to negotiate. The worst part of the experience was feeling like we were being misled into a higher than necessary interest rate on our loan despite an excellent credit report. The finance staff was willing to alter the terms once this was discussed. Salesman who delivered the vehicle was super friendly, and was willing to spend the time and energy needed to make us feel comfortable enough to close the deal. More

We had been experiencing numerous electrical problems with our 2013 Chevrolet Equinox for several months, and we no longer felt safe or comfortable driving the vehicle for any distance.
