It's with a heavy heart and a foward motion I say goodbye to Gary yeoman today. I have been a customer for well over 20 years and tomorrow be my last day dealing with Gary yeomans due to their inadequate ser to Gary yeoman today. I have been a customer for well over 20 years and tomorrow be my last day dealing with Gary yeomans due to their inadequate service department let alone the quick Lane. a normal thing like a battery that I was told wasn't under warranty because they couldn't find it in the computer after several calls to two managers and the service department the nice girl walked the order number and the invoice of the repairs on the battery to the quick Lane person three days later I get a phone call saying that the battery will cost $56 because it now has to be prorated because the conversation has been a two-week fiasco with the quick Lane due to my normal service person being out on personal leave. I get a phone call at 7:30 this morning telling me that you have a flat tire as well and that'll cost well over $200 for one tire I say stop right there I got a quote for four new tires A month ago from my normal service department for $490 why would I pay well over $200 for one tire riddle me this oh pause. I said stop what you're doing transfer my stuff to my regular service person I'm not playing with you people in the quick Lane any longer. so I proceed to leave a message but I end up getting my normal service person on the phone she tells me she'll look into it and they'll call me back well around 3:30 today I get a call back and pictures of my battery oozing green stuff out I guess they never even touched it over the three days they've had my vehicle. Now they say the 56 dollar battery will cost close to $500 due to erosion and parts and labor and all this stuff will cost a lot of money and the total price for a 56 battery is now 566. But they did a solid on the tire that's only 122. So I am picking my vehicle up hopefully by 5:00 they said but we'll never know but it won't be properly maintenance because I opted not to have all that extra stuff done they said they'll just do battery maintenance for $22 and they won't guarantee the work but that's my only option pay $566 or will do what we can put a Band-Aid on it and happy New Year to me. Thanks but no thanks. More

I had to take my wife’s 2017 Ford Explorer in due to a recall. It was making some weird noises from the transmission area. It ended up needing an overhaul. Even though I purchased this vehicle at another recall. It was making some weird noises from the transmission area. It ended up needing an overhaul. Even though I purchased this vehicle at another dealership (I did purchase my 2016 Ford F-150 here) Marion in Service to amazing care of us and set us up with a loaner vehicle. I appreciate them taking care of all the open recalls and getting our vehicle back in a timely manner. I will continue to be a Gary customer for life. More
