Fast Lane service lived up to its name, check in went smoothly and I was ushered over to the waiting room. Service did not take long and report was comprehensive. The quick Lane department is the best. Bought my car in 2016 and have had nothing but great service there. Very friendly staff that greet you when you pull up and fine you when your car is ready. Received recall notice on 2020 Ford Expedition Platinum in November. Called to make appointment for repair. They knew about recall and scheduled appointment for January 7, 2021. I dropped vehicle off on t in November. Called to make appointment for repair. They knew about recall and scheduled appointment for January 7, 2021. I dropped vehicle off on that date at 9:00 am. They said call around 4:30 to see if ready to pickup. Not ready, should be ready by 12:00 pm, tomorrow , we will call you. Never received call, so we call around 1:00pm and was told it was finished. We drive 25 miles to dealership only to find out They didn’t order the parts for the repair. Two days they had the vehicle and didn’t do a thing.. As I write this on 01/22/21 one part is in, the other, who knows when. Have made numerous calls calls, left messages, good luck. Since 2007 we purchased 6 SUV’s and a F-150 Supercrew but after this ?. You certainly have not earned my business or exceeded my expections. More

This was my first time at the new service center. My wife had taken her car there a couple weeks ago and was very impressed and insisted I take mine there also. Yes I was also impressed.
