As a dealership, all the employees are very professional. I feel like I was treated very well. It was just a routine service, so there was no problem. My only disappointment was that the form for multipoint I feel like I was treated very well. It was just a routine service, so there was no problem. I prefer legible actual numbers for tread wear and brake lining instead of a range where the numbers defining the range are illegible. More

Marien the service manager helped us above and beyond what was expected. Our 2019 MKT became ill on I-95 Sat 1/16/2021 at 12 noon. With only 2 hours to repair and not knowing what to repair Marien gave what was expected. Our 2019 MKT became ill on I-95 Sat 1/16/2021 at 12 noon. With only 2 hours to repair and not knowing what to repair Marien gave us a loner car to continue our vacation in Sebasten. Monday was a holiday and Marien called us on tuesday and said the car was fixed. We exchanged cars on Wed., it turned out a senser was bad on our MKT.
