I had a part fail when my oil was changed. The part was for my used Toyota I bought at Yeomans . They had to keep the car until the next day. We had a great guy bring us home and then today Shane deliver for my used Toyota I bought at Yeomans . They had to keep the car until the next day. We had a great guy bring us home and then today Shane delivered our car back to us. Both gentlemen were the best,, honestly everyone we dealt with was outstanding and made what could have been a disaster into a nice encounter with lovely thoughtful people. These guys are the best. Tom Longerbeam got my truck repair done faster than promised. They were very professional and took me to the mall and picked me up when I called with minimal waiting. The Automall Bodyshop follow up with Customers is poor at best! It’s almost impossible to get a status and/or answer. I completely understand COVID has caused many delays in product and lack of laborers to best! It’s almost impossible to get a status and/or answer. This being said the LACK of customer care when service can be delivered is by far the worst I have ever experienced from a well branded service provider. Our Estimator has not only failed to keep us informed, but has encouraged me to influence my well known local company to discourage our employee discount program for the up coming 2022 Employee Benefit year.
